Old Habana

This is a photo of one of the very grand but falling down balconies on the Malecon (water front) in Centro Habana, not far from were we stayed for the first five days in Habana. We had two Casas (private house accommodation). Our first booking fell through after 2 days (not sure why?) so we had the experience of two homes. We opted for a hotel for the last 2 nights so we could have a tv and catch up on some news of the outside world.
Women selling kisses to the tourists. Cuban women do actually dress a littel like this in real life. They LOVE colour, the brighter the better and its not unusual to one with a cigar permanently planted in their mouths.
